Daedalus is in private beta. This policy reflects our current data practices during the pre-launch period. A full lawyer-reviewed privacy policy will be published before we accept paying clients. If you have questions in the meantime, email privacy@daedalus.ai.
When you submit an audit request on the landing page, we collect your name, work email address, company name, and the spend and employee figures you enter. This information is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database.
We also collect a hashed (SHA-256) version of your IP address for rate-limiting purposes. We never store your raw IP address.
Cloudflare Web Analytics collects anonymised page visit data. No cookies are set by our analytics. No personal data is included in analytics.
We use your contact details to send you your audit results by email (via Resend) and to follow up with you about the Daedalus service. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except the sub-processors listed below.
We use a small number of specialist infrastructure providers to run the service. Each one only receives the minimum data needed to do its job, and each operates under its own data protection terms.

We name these providers because you have a right to know exactly where your data goes, not because we are required to pad this page. If we add or change a provider, this table will be updated and the "last updated" date at the top will change.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@daedalus.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
We do not use tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set technical cookies required for DDoS protection and edge routing. These are essential and cannot be opted out of while using Cloudflare-hosted services.
