Daedalus provides AI-assisted SaaS procurement analysis, negotiation drafting, and data migration coordination. We are not a law firm. Nothing we provide constitutes legal advice. All autonomous actions require explicit human approval from an authorised representative of your organisation.
Submitting your details through our landing page audit form is free and creates no contractual obligation. We will use your details to contact you about Daedalus. You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing privacy@daedalus.ai.
All paid work — negotiations, migrations, underwriting — requires a separate signed agreement before any work begins. The performance fee structure (30% of verified savings) applies only to signed engagements and only after savings are verified by Plaid or equivalent.
Daedalus is not liable for actions taken by third-party vendors, including contract penalties triggered by client decisions. We are not liable for data loss caused by third-party API failures. Full liability terms will be included in the paid engagement agreement.
